Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jeli", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the jeli platform, accessible at https://jeli.asia.
• "Platform" means the jeli website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated pages, services, games, and features made available through https://jeli.asia.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with jeli or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all jeli account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, being the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal access is granted.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by jeli to Players under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Services" means all betting, casino, live dealer, slots, and any other gaming services available on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jeli Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with jeli's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the jeli Platform or any of the Services offered through it. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of those amendments.

Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Services on the jeli Platform. jeli takes its age verification obligations seriously. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their Accounts suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The jeli Platform is operated for and directed at players residing in Bangladesh. By creating an Account, you confirm that you are a resident of Bangladesh and that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jeli does not violate any applicable local law.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the jeli Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using false or third-party identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the jeli registration process in full and accurately. During registration you are required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national identity document
• Date of birth
• Valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh
• Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account details)
• A unique username and secure password

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change. jeli reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.

4.1 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, jeli will require you to complete KYC verification. This requires submission of a clear copy of a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) or passport. jeli may also request proof of payment method ownership (for example, confirmation that the bKash number linked to your account is registered in your name). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeli Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeli immediately at [email protected]. jeli will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or have shared them with a third party.

jeli employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all sessions and supports two-factor authentication. We strongly recommend that all Players enable two-factor authentication on their Accounts. Automatic session timeouts are enforced after periods of inactivity as an additional security measure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeli accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Card payments: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

6.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via mobile wallet and ৳1,000 via bank transfer. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, however jeli reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts where required for responsible gaming or compliance purposes.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to four hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. jeli does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

6.4 Currency

All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by jeli. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

Bonuses and Promotions

jeli offers a range of promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed the registration process. No bonus will be credited to an Account that has not passed basic eligibility checks.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each offer will be stated at the point of offer.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus not used, and any wagering requirement not completed, within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• jeli reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering-completion process.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the jeli Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. General betting rules that apply across all products are as follows:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by jeli's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• jeli reserves the right to void any bet where it has been placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement, where a manifest error in odds has occurred, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• In the event of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed at the point of bet placement and vary by event, market, and game type.
• Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet.
• In-play (live) betting markets are available for selected events including BPL matches, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL fixtures, and selected international cricket, football, and kabaddi events.

8.1 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting markets on jeli cover match results, innings totals, individual player performance, and other derivative markets. For matches that are interrupted, shortened, or abandoned, settlement rules follow the Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method where applicable, or markets are voided and stakes returned where no official result is declared. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

jeli is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities
• Placement of bets on events where the Player has insider knowledge of the outcome
• Money laundering or use of the Platform for any financially fraudulent purpose
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposit transactions
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or support interaction

All casino games on the Platform use independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Slots, table games, and virtual games are regularly audited for fairness. Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the jeli Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of jeli or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without jeli's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jeli's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jeli Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeli does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors, or that game results will be uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. jeli will use reasonable endeavours to notify Players of scheduled maintenance in advance.

Privacy and Data Protection

jeli collects and processes personal data in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and customer support. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by jeli's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Amendments to These Terms

jeli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, jeli will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered mobile number.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jeli operates.

In the event of a dispute, jeli encourages Players to contact customer support in the first instance. jeli will use reasonable endeavours to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter using the dispute escalation procedures described in jeli's FAQ.
